• Check-In time is 10 AM and Check-Out Time is 8A.M.
  • 50%of the total booking amount has to be paid at the time of holding booking guaranted then remaining 50%to be settled before check-in & prior arrival to hotel.
  • If our Check—In/Out timing does not suit your holiday program, kindly inform us about the same. Necessary room allotments can be arranged on prior information, subject to availability, and may be chargeable by us directly.
  • Cancellation or Alteration in bookings is entertained. But prior information is required at least a week before your Check—In date. In writing from your end subjected to approval. Kindly also refer our Reservation/Cancellation or Amendment Policy.
  • Please carry a valid government issued photo identity and address proof with you for Check—In procedure (mandatory for all staying guests). (PAN Card is not accepted as a valid Identity Card.)
  • The Credit/Debit Card Holder should be one the travelers, if you have booked with us using any one of the later.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservation contains or is resulted from a mistake or error.
  • We may charge compulsory gala dinner supplement on Christmas / New Year’s event or other specific festive periods. This needs to be cleared separately.
  • Breakfast timings are 07:30 — 10:30 am henceforth all requests will be chargeable.
  • Dinner timings are 07:30 — 10:30 pm henceforth all requests will be chargeable.
  • All guest booked for staying at hotel under meal plan (CP/MAP/AP) can take their plan meal at the restaurant buffet only as per prescribed timetable by hotel management. The buffet fixed meal plan (CP/MAP/AP), with booked packages will not be provided to room via Room-Services. If need to room, then standard A-La-Carte charges will be applicable.
  • Rates displayed online are not guaranteed until the confirmation voucher is generated. The rates are dynamic and may change without any notice. A rate once selected and    transaction executed by you, no other rate is applicable either higher or lower and no refund is admissible.
  • All extra services & amenities not part of the rate will be available on additional charge only.
  • In case of non—availability of pre—booked room at the time of arrival, the hotel will offer an alternate similar standard hotel/ in a similar room type, at its discretion and without any further liability.
  1. Inhouse Rules : Washing cloths  inside guest room of the hotel is strictly prohibited. You can avail laundry services if required. If found then Rs.1000/- will be charged to the registered guest.
  2. Swimming Pool : (7:30AM to 6:30PM)We advised the guest to carry their self-costume to bring the pool. Else they may get it from reception of the hotel on chargeable basis.
  3. Vehicle: The guest vehicle parked inside the premises will be at owner risk only.
  4. Safe Diposit : Keep your valuable, currency & jewelry in safe. Hotel not responsible for lost.
  5. House Keeping: Room Cleaning of staying guest can be availed during operational hours for the occupied guest in the presence of the occupied guest only. ( In specific case please contact the reception of the hotel).
  6. Water: We provide treated RO water for all staying guest rooms. Pack Mineral Water from the room services on chargeable basis.
  • RESERVATION CONFIRMATION VOUCHER
  1. Rates may change without notice and may vary for special events except for confirmed reservation against the advance payment.
  2. All rates are subject to prevailing local taxes as applicable on room tariff & services opted.
  • CHILDREN & INFANT
  1. Child free stay - (up to 5 years) can stay free of charge with parents without extra bed.
  2. Child No Bed (CNB) - Children between 6 years to 12 years of age will be charged 15% of tariff.
  3. Child with Bed (CWB) - Children between 6 years to 12 years of age will be charged 30% of tariff.
  4. Child above 12yrs - Children above 12 years of age will be treated as young adults and   the prevalent reservation tariff charges will be applicable and levied.
  5. Extra bed 30% of the applicable tariff will be charged.
  • CANCELLATION POLICY  

                                 The cancellation charges against reservations as  applicable below :

  1. Cancellation charges 25% of total tariff if cancelled more than 30 Days prior to Check-in date.
  2. Cancellation charges 50% of total tariff if cancelled between at least 16 to 30 Days prior to Check-in date.
  3. Cancellation charges 75% of total tariff if cancelled between at least 4 to 15 Days prior to Check-in date.
  4. Cancellation charges 100% of total tariff if cancelled between 0 to 3 Days prior to Check-in date.
  5. No shows 100% retention of the total tariff will be charged
  6. In case of a full refund on cancellation, there will be a deduction of approximately 6% as  payment processing charges.

Note: Above are the cancellation rules but we will put our best possible efforts to waive/minimize the cancellation charges.

 
  • AMENDMENT POLICY.
  1. Amendments will be treated as cancellation.
  2. Any refund will take at least 15 days to process.
 
COVID 19 MANDARTORY GUIDELINES: -
 
  1. As per government guidelines The SPA will remain closed until the next covid 19 guidelines provided by the state government.
  2. Guest must sign to acknowledge the Covid deceleration form at the time of check in provided by the Reception staff, at he time of arrival to hotel for stay or use of any services of the hotel.
  3. Guests and accompanying drivers visiting our resorts, who are 18 years of age & above must provide the vaccination certificate of 2nd dose.
  4. they should hold a valid RT- PCR negative test report from the origin city as a mandatory guideline to be followed while travelling and to be submitted to the staying hotel with a sample taken not more than 72 hours prior to time of check-in.
  5. Guests should be prepared to present the vaccination certificate or RT—PCR negative report upon demand at the resort, prior to check-in.
  6. Guests failing to produce these reports by the time of check-in will not be allowed to check-in or access the hotel, and there will be no refund given for any room nights booked and paid for by the guests in such an eventuality.
