your safety is our major concern.
Living in these unprecedented times – health and hygiene have become a priority for all. We have been following all health and hygiene guidelines issued by World Health Organization and the Ministry of Health to ensure a safe environment for our Guest.
Covid-19 Protoc
As per government guidelines The swimming pool, gymnasium, SPA will remain closed until the next covid 19 guidelines provided by the state government.
All touch points in public areas like door handles, elevator buttons, counter tops, table tops, railings, etc. are cleaned continuously using a sanitizer/ disinfectant. These practices are also in place in guest rooms during the morning housekeeping service and at turndown in the evening.
Masks and disposable gloves are being worn by all team members at all times and changed frequently. Housekeeping staff use fresh gloves for every room they service.
Sprayers with professionally identified chemicals are being used to disinfect the hotel entrances, employee entrances, as well as various public areas.
For the safety of our guests, rooms will be sanitized after guests check out.
Restaurants and seating in the lobby have been reconfigured to ensure safe distances are maintained between guests.
Protocols are in place for staff in the kitchens, restaurants, in-room dining and banquet halls to sanitize their hands every time they serve food or touch food related items.
Temperature readings of non-resident guests are taken at the entrance of the hotel. Temperature readings of resident guests and team members are also taken once a day.
Updated and detailed cleaning checklists, including the use of professionally identified chemicals and agents for all areas, including laundry, are being followed and monitored closely.
Any guest who indicates Covid-19 symptoms is required to undergo a medical examination prior to check-in.
All supplies and materials are sanitized before being admitted into the hotel premises.
If any of the parameters for our guests or colleagues are not normal, a medical examination and medical assistance are provided immediately.
Correctly formulated hand sanitizers are in place in all guest rooms and at all public spaces include the entrances, lobbies, and corridors.
Our guests have been extremely appreciative of the measures we are taking for their safety. Equally our colleagues have welcomed these initiatives, with none of our team members testing positive for COVID-19
Facilities
Hand Sanitizer placed at every floor landing.
Valet assistant is on request. With each parking, gloves are changed and disposed.
Thermal scanning will be a norm. Guests with high temperature will be taken to the nearest health facility.
Sanitizer to be sprayed in the hands of every guest at entry point.
Your Luggage will be disinfected at the bell desk.
We encourage online completion of check-in formalities to minimize interaction with team.
We encourage e-wallets for billing.
Concierge will provide assistance through phone.
Food & Beverage
Chefs prepare all food wearing protective face masks and gloves.
All food is presented with lids/covers.
The food is prepared at 75 degree Celsius to kill all pathogens.
Dish washing is done above 82 degree Celsius.
Service team and all F&B handlers will be wearing face masks and gloves and keep social distancing.
Restaurants and bar will operate with reduce capacity to ensure adequate space and physical also we request you to take prior reservation.
All our restaurants will provide menus digitally.
Clearance to be done from outside the room.
We set the tables after guest are seated.
We sanitize your debit/Credit cards on Use.
Dining tables and chairs will be sanitized appropriately with disinfectant before serving new guests, So guest can find a pleasant and safe dining experience at all dining outlets.
Housekeeping
All Protective gear (mask/gloves/face shield) will be worn by the housekeeping team.
Rooms will be serviced once during the day to facilitate minimum contact.
Rooms will be left vacant for a minimum period of 24 hours after each guest departs and thorough cleaning will take place.
We are using approved chemicals to wipe all surfaces.
To ensure your safety, turndown services have been discontinued.
Linen will be changed on guest request only.
Attendants to ensure there is no crowding in the washroom – number of people to be limited to number of stalls.
Hand sanitizer and automatic pull out towel machines have been installed in the washrooms.
