In order to maintain safety, security and harmonious co-existence of clientele and management, a set of ground rules, terms and conditions are essential. Hence, Hotel The Zen Ladakh is very much particular about maintaining the sanctity of organisation and diligence in carrying out all its duties.

The Privacy Policy of Hotel The Zen Ladakh are mentioned below:

Rooms will be booked subject to the final confirmation.
Upon confirmation of the booking, 50% of the total amount needs to be paid immediately as a non-refundable advance.
The remaining 50% needs to be paid at least 8 days prior to the arrival date.
All rates are subject to change without notice.
If the cancellation comes more than a week ahead of the arrival, 50% of the total amount is charged as a cancellation fee, before 1 month of arrival date 1 full day amount will be charged.
If the cancellation comes within a week of the arrival date, 100% of the total amount is charged as a cancellation fee.
No refund is applicable for unexpected and unplanned early departures.
No refund can be given for any unutilized services for any reason(s) what-so-ever including ill-health, roadblocks, natural calamities or any other reason beyond our control.
Booking is confirmed subject to the receipt of full payment a week before arrival, failing which the management reserves the right to release the booking. Please note, the advance paid will be forfeited in this case.
Once the meal plan is confirmed, it can’t be changed.
Any amendments or cancellations should be informed in advance.
According to government regulations a valid photo id has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo id at the time of check-in. (Please note, Driver Licence, Aadhar Card, Pan Card, Passport or any other Government recognized photo identification can be accepted as an identification proof).
Kindly note: Child under 7 years may be accommodated in the same room as parents at no extra cost. No child less than 18 year’s age can be allowed to stay alone in the hotel room. If an extra bed is required, the same would be provided at an additional cost.
